Refund policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. To request this, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@babywagon.in or on WhatsApp at +91-7607609696.

For approved defective or damaged items, BabyWagon will bear the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:
- the item must be unused
- the item must be in the same condition in which it was received
- the item must be in its original packaging

Refunds and exchanges for defective or damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
